Patrick R Gillespie ESQ.
Patrick R Gillespie graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison with his B.A. in 1976. He graduated Law School at the University of Minnesota in 1982 with his J.D. After completing his JD Patrick moved right into the area of personal injury law fighting on behalf of injured railroad employees.
After 30+ years of practice Patrick has remained in the area of Personal Injury law as well as branching out into the areas of Criminal Defense, Employment Disputes and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
When Patrick is not practicing law he enjoys fishing, spending time with his wife, kids and grandchildren, and being an active member at his church.
Michael P Gillespie ESQ.
Michael P Gillespie graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stout with his B.S. in 2011. He graduated from Law School at the University of North Dakota in 2013 with his J.D. While attending UND, Michael also became a certified mediator through the Grand Forks Conflict Resolution Center. After completing his JD Michael joined his father at Gillespie Law Offices LLP.
At Gillespie Law Offices LLP Michael practices in all the areas the firm operates including Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Employment Disputes and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Additionally, Michael is a Minnesota Family Law Facilitative Neutral and Parenting Time Expeditor.
When he is not practicing Law, Michael enjoys hunting, fishing, volunteering in his community, and spending time with his family and friends.
Erika K Gillespie PARALEGAL
Erika K Gillespie graduated from North Hennepin Community College with her A.S. Degree in Paralegal in 2014.
She completed her legal internship with Gillespie Law Offices LLP in the spring of 2014 and officially started with the firm in the summer of 2014. Erika works in the areas of Personal injury, Family Law,
Criminal Defense and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
When Erika is not working for Gillespie Law Offices she enjoys art and music, as well as being outdoors, volunteering in her community and spending time with family and friends.
